Synopsis

Two men move forward, taking turns dragging their sled through a snowy landscape, constantly arguing about whose turn it is to pull. One of the two covers himself in rags from head to toe, becoming invisible in the winter landscape. This leads to a scuffle, during which they both lose sight of the sled, which is nabbed by a sausage seller. The two vagabonds immediately continue their voyage, one sitting atop the other’s shoulders.

Synopsis

Transylvania, 1897. Professor Abronsius, the author of important vampire research, and his young assistant Alfred set out to search for Sarah, the daughter of a local innkeeper, who has been bitten on the neck and kidnapped by Count von Krolock. The two arrive at the castle where the count lives and are welcomed warmly by von Krolock. The following morning they set about killing the vampire and rescuing the girl. The professor and his assistant have to act before a ball is held that will mark Sarah’s definitive damnation, but all their attempts fail and they are forced to flee. They don’t know that the young woman has already been transformed into a vampire and will soon infect Alfred as well. Professor Abronsius, unaware of what is taking place, takes Alfred and Sarah away with him, and the two set out to infect the entire planet.
