Fondazione Prada’s Milan venue reopens to the public from 2 March, 2021 with the following opening hours:

From Tuesday to Friday: 2–8 pm

Visitor Guidelines

In compliance with the rules on containment and management of the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency, the entrance to the exhibition spaces is restricted and requires online booking.
The exhibition "Simon Fujiwara: Who The Bær" is open to the public.
The permanent projects “Atlas,” “Haunted House,” “Le studio d'Orphée,” and “Processo grottesco” are closed.

The Cinema program, the Accademia dei Bambini activities and guided tours are temporarily suspended.

Health and safety policy

In order to protect the safety and health of visitors and staff, the following measures are taken within Fondazione Prada’s premises:
  • Access is from the entrance of Largo Isarco 2
  • Visitors must enter to the exhibition spaces within the time slot and on the day indicated on the ticket purchased online
  • Visitors will have their body temperature checked at the entrance. Any visitor with a temperature above 37.5 ˚C will not be allowed to enter
  • Interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter must be maintained during any waiting time and in all spaces, except for parents accompanying a minor and visitors accompanying a person with disabilities
  • The use of masks is compulsory during the visit, except for children under the age of 6 and for people with disabilities not compatible with the continuous use of the mask
  • Organized group tours are not allowed
  • Smoking is prohibited both indoor and outdoor
  • Visitors must follow the defined path and respect the indications provided by the signs and information material in the spaces and by the staff
  • Access to the floors of the buildings is only allowed through the stairs. The use of lifts is reserved for people with disabilities or mobility difficulties
  • Visitors are invited to carry a minimum of personal items, avoiding bulky luggage, bags and backpacks. Helmets, bags and other items exceeding the dimensions of 30x40x25cm must be stored in the cloakroom
  • It is recommended to clean hands frequently, not to touch eyes, nose and mouth, to cover mouth and nose if sneezing or coughing, wash hands after sneezing or coughing, use alcohol-based solutions available from the dispensers
  • Visitors with COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cold, cough, conjunctivitis, changes in the sense of smell and/or taste, gastrointestinal symptoms) must comply with legal provisions

All Fondazione Prada visitors can park for free in a designated parking lot located at Largo Isarco 1. There are 75 car parking spaces and several bike racks.


A Bike MI bike sharing station is located at the intersection of via Lorenzini and via Adamello.


Online booking is required to visit Fondazione Prada. If the visit is not possible on the selected day and time slot, the ticket will not be refunded or cancelled.

Tickets must be purchased online on Fondazione Prada’s website A presale fee of 1 € is applied to all tickets purchased through the e-ticketing service, except for free tickets.


A free cloakroom service is available every day during Fondazione Prada’s opening hours. Any item larger than 30x40x25cm must be left in the cloakroom. The cloakroom is constantly invigilated; however staff are not to be held responsible for any loss or damage to left items.

It is strictly forbidden to touch any exhibited artworks, unless otherwise stated by gallery staff. All rooms and works within Fondazione Prada premises are subject to a constant television monitoring by Fondazione Prada security team and by an electronic alarm system. Carrying blunt instruments, explosive substances, weapons, or metal tools of any kind that could harm other people or artworks within Fondazione Prada’s premises is strictly forbidden. Consuming food and drinks within the exhibition spaces is strictly forbidden. Pets—even small—are not permitted within Fondazione Prada’s premises. This does not apply to service animals It is forbidden to enter Fondazione’s premises with bikes, skates or push scooters. Strollers are not allowed within the exhibition spaces. Fondazione Prada will provide baby-carriers at no additional cost when leaving your stroller in the cloakroom.


Visitors are allowed to take non-flash pictures or shoot videos for personal noncommercial use, unless otherwise stated by gallery staff Flash, selfie sticks and tripods are strictly forbidden within Fondazione Prada premises Realization of commercial or staged photo and video shoots is not allowed within external spaces or inside the exhibition spaces, including Bar Luce and Restaurant Torre In order to obtain permission for journalistic and commercial shootings and for the use of professional equipment, please contact in advance Fondazione Prada’s Communication Department: +39 02 56662634; [email protected]


Fondazione Prada external spaces, along with Bookshop, Bar Luce and Restaurant Torre, can be accessed without purchasing an admission ticket. Ticket can be purchased only online, after reading and accepting the privacy policy and the visitor guidelines. Entrance to the exhibition spaces must take place within the time slot and on the date indicated on the ticket. The admission ticket allows access to each exhibition space once. If the visit is not possible on the day and time of booking, the ticket will not be refunded or cancelled. The ticket and the concession and free admission conditions are checked at the entrance of the exhibition spaces.


All areas of Fondazione Prada’s Milan venue are accessible. Wheelchairs are available at the reception of the galleria Nord.
